1. Rental Eligibility: To rent a vehicle, the customer must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, passport, and a credit card. Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same criteria. Additional driver fee of $6.50 per day applies
2. Reservation & Payment: Reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure the booking. Payment is accepted via major credit cards. Full payment is due at the beginning of the rental period. A pre-auth of $800.00 FJD is required.
3. Cancellation & Modification: Changes or cancellations to reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur charges. Modifications are subject to availability and may alter the rental rate.
4. Rental Duration & Extension: Rentals are based on a 24-hour period. Late returns beyond the agreed rental period will be charged an additional fee. Extensions are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
5. Vehicle Pick-Up & Return: The vehicle should be picked up and returned at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was rented, with the fuel level at the same mark. Fuel recharge and additional day charges apply.
6. Insurance & Liability: All vehicles come with standard insurance coverage with insurance excess fee of $3,500.00 FJD. Customers have the option to purchase additional insurance for added coverage, this is $35.00 FJD per day. The renter is liable for any damages, accidents, or theft not covered by insurance during the rental period.
7. Use of Vehicle: The vehicle must be used in compliance with local traffic laws and regulations. Prohibited use includes off-road driving, towing, subleasing, and using the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Maintenance & Repairs: Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the rental company. However, the renter must inform the company promptly of any mechanical issues. Repairs must not be undertaken without the company’s approval.
9. Penalties & Fees: The renter is responsible for fines, penalties, and tolls incurred during the rental period. Cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty. Additional admin fees of $50.00 FJD are applicable.
10. Force Majeure: The company is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Fiji.
12. Termination of Agreement: The rental company reserves the right to terminate the agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time if the renter breaches the terms and conditions.
13. Accidents: In case of accidents, please contact us on 679 9993487 and do not move your vehicle unless a police office is present at scene. A police report is required. Towing charges will be billed separately
14. Cleaning: All vehicles need to returned in the same condition (clean) it was rented out
15. Following damages are not covered in insurance:

• Lost or damages wheel caps, magwheels and tyres
• Damages to vehicle interior- seats, radios, air con vents, steering covers etc…
• Immersion of vehicle in water
• Traffic infringements and parking offences
