At Vahana Rentals, we strive to provide our customers with the best service possible. To ensure a smooth rental experience, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Prepaid / Partial Prepaid Reservations:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to pick-up: Full refund minus $50.00FJD processing fee
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of pick-up: $50.00 FJD fee
• No-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle without prior cancellation): No refund.

Important Notes:

• Early Returns: No refunds will be given for early returns.
• Extensions: Contact us as soon as possible to extend your rental. Extensions are subject to availability and may require a rate adjustment.
• Modifications: Changes to your reservation may result in a change to the rental rate and/or cancellation fees.
• Contacting Us: To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or email. Cancellation is not valid until confirmed by a Vahana Rental representative.
• Force Majeure: Vahana Rental is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution, which may include a voucher for future use.
